Position Summary

ACB Transportation is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Canada. This position supports the daily operations of our trucking company by assisting with safety compliance tasks, dispatch coordination, and basic accounting duties.

The ideal candidate will help keep our office organized and ensure smooth communication between drivers, dispatch, and management.

Responsibilities
Assist with safety and compliance tasks such as maintaining driver files, tracking document expiries, and updating safety records.
Provide dispatch support, including communicating with drivers and assisting with scheduling and load coordination.
Perform basic accounting duties such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll support.
Manage daily office tasks including phone calls, emails, and general administrative work.
Maintain organized filing systems for drivers,



vehicles, and company records.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new drivers and staff.
Support office operations and help coordinate administrative projects when required.

Qualifications
Previous office administration experience, preferably in the trucking or transportation industry.
Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is an asset).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive communication and phone skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced office workplace.
Knowledge of trucking safety requirements or dispatch operations is considered an asset.
