What You'll Do
Mow, edge, and trim residential and commercial lawns
Operate and maintain lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
Weeding, raking, picking up garbage, and tidying up sites
Perform seasonal services including aeration, overseeding, and leaf removal
Communicate professionally with clients in office
Perform basic maintenance on machines to keep them in working order
What We're Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
Prior lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
