Qualifications:
Minimum grade 12 education
Must be able to work versatile schedule including evening, weekends, and holidays, with regular availability to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
Must be available Thanksgiving weekend - October 9 to 12.
Possess a Smart Serve Certification or must be able to obtain one
Food Handler’s Certificate is considered an asset
Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment and valuable stress management




Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Upsell additional products or promotions as per the marketing schedule
Collaborate with back-of-house team for smooth service operations
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house area
Partake in the cleaning schedule
Adhere to opening and closing checklists
Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $17.60 per hour
