OrbitPro Construction is a growing construction company serving Ottawa and the surrounding area, specializing in residential renovations and commercial construction. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and skilled Carpenter/Renovation Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of residential renovation and commercial construction projects.
Complete framing, drywall installation, taping, mudding, painting, flooring, trim, doors, cabinetry, ceiling systems, and other carpentry tasks.
Assist with demolition, site preparation, and general construction work.
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Safely operate hand and power tools while maintaining a clean, organized, and secure job site.
Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule and to a high standard.
Qualifications
3+ years of carpentry or renovation experience preferred.
Robust knowledge of construction methods and carpentry techniques.
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
Experience using a wide variety of hand and power tools.
Reliable, detail-oriented, physically fit, and committed to quality workmanship.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
