We are seeking a dedicated property maintenance worker to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces. This is a full-time, year-round position with room to grow based on your skill and the value you bring-including the potential to grow into a team lead role for the right candidate.
Duties
Perform routine landscaping and property maintenance tasks (mowing, trimming, edging, seasonal cleanup, etc.)
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely
Travel between job sites in the SE Calgary area
Maintain a skilled, courteous presence at client properties
Experience
Previous experience in property maintenance (required)
Valid driver’s license (required)
Must pass a criminal background check
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in all conditions
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Pay & Schedule
Pay will depend on experience and value you bring
Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, plus a 30-minute unpaid break
3-month probationary period
Perks eligibility after 9 months of employment
