Job Summary
Due to unprecedented requests for our services, we're growing again and looking to open up another crew.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Renovator to oversee and execute residential and commercial renovation projects.

The ideal candidate will possess solid carpentry skills, extensive knowledge of construction techniques, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

This role involves managing various aspects of renovation, restoration, and construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

The Lead Carpenter / Renovator will play a critical role in project planning, execution, and client satisfaction.
Ability to carry a renovation project from start to finish without supervision
Demonstrate versatility across multiple trades
Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, construction renovation, or related fields with leadership responsibilities
Solid communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively and schedule accordingly
Connect with sub-trades and schedule accordingly
Ability to read and work from design plans




Plan and order materials in conjunction with project manager
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Regular updates for project manager
Troubleshoot and problem solve if necessary
Communicate with clients in a professional manner

The ideal candidate will have;
a minimum of 10 years experience in the renovation industry, with strong finishing skills
a full G licence,
access to a reliable vehicle to start
basic hand tools.
