The Grumpy Veteran is looking to add mature, dependable team members to our restaurant. We are currently hiring for two separate positions:
Front of House
Kitchen/Prep Helper

We are a busy, fast-paced restaurant that serves fresh, homemade food and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. We're looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, and take pride in doing a good job.

Front of House Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide friendly, qualified customer service.
Take customer orders using our easy-to-learn Point of Sale (POS) system.
Serve food and beverages.
Keep the dining area clean, organized, and well stocked.
Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties.

Kitchen/Prep Helper Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and meal service.
Work alongside the head cook during busy service periods.
Prepare ingredients and help keep food service running smoothly.




Maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Restock supplies and assist with general kitchen duties.

What We're Looking For
A mature, dependable individual with a solid work ethic.
Reliable and punctual.
Able to work with minimal supervision once trained.
Able to take initiative and recognize what needs to be done.
Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive team player with a willingness to learn.
Available to work evenings and weekends.
Food handlers course is not required , however is an asset

Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required. We are happy to train the right person.

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
