Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofing Foreman to lead roofing installation projects with enthusiasm and precision. Duties
Supervise roofing crews during installation, repair, and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of project
Conduct quality control inspections throughout each phase of the project to ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications
Oversee safety protocols in office, conduct regular safety meetings, and enforce OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work setting

Requirements




Proven supervising experience in roofing or general construction projects with a strong understanding of roofing systems and materials
Extensive construction experience with knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar platforms
Demonstrated ability in quality control practices and ensuring adherence to safety standards
Strong organizational skills with experience managing project budgets and timelines effectively
Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams, clients, and subcontractors on-site
Knowledge of roofing-specific tools, techniques, and industry best practices is highly desirable

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
