Duties
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Process payments efficiently and handle cash, credit, or digital transactions with precision
Assist in food preparation and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage food handling responsibilities responsibly, ensuring proper sanitation and safety protocols
Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Support kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed,



including food prep and replenishing supplies
Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests efficiently

Skills
Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings preferred
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling skills
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and change calculations
Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and transactions simultaneously
Food industry knowledge including food preparation, serving techniques, and food handling best practices
Ability to upsell menu items naturally to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus but not required
Professional attitude with a focus on hospitality excellence

Pay: $17.20-$23.20 per hour
