Duties
Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, grinding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and custom finishes using airless paint spraying and hand tools with precision and consistency
Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel alignment, welding, and heavy lifting to restore vehicles to their original condition
Conduct detailing tasks such as buffing, polishing, and auto glass replacement to enhance the vehicle’s appearance
Utilize power tools and auto estimating software to assess damage and determine repair scope accurately




Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols for handling chemicals, tools, and equipment
Collaborate with team members on vehicle maintenance tasks and auto restoration projects to ensure timely completion

Experience
Prior experience or background working in an auto body shop is highly preferred
Hands-on experience with auto painting techniques including airless spray systems and buffing methods
Proficiency in welding, auto glass installation, and the use of hand tools and power tools required for repairs
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and general auto body repair processes essential for effective troubleshooting
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a physically demanding environment
Previous experience in auto restoration is a robust plus
