Dishwasher / Busser / Kitchen Assistant

The Lab by Mill Town Roasters is looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our back-of-house team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in keeping a kitchen running smoothly. You'll play an important role in supporting both our kitchen and front-of-house teams while helping maintain a clean, organized environment for our staff and guests.

Responsibilities
Washing dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment
Bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
Assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks
Restocking kitchen and service stations
Sweeping, mopping and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant
Taking out garbage and recycling
Assisting chefs and kitchen staff as needed
Supporting opening and closing duties

Availability

Applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts, including both days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Flexibility is essential as this position supports breakfast, lunch and evening service.
