Silva Custom Furniture is a top-quality custom furniture manufacturing company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cutter/Production Team Leader.

Experience is not required; we are willing to train the right person. What matters most is attitude, work ethic, attention to detail and the drive to grow within the company.
