Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Cheerleading Coach to inspire and lead our cheerleading team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching cheerleading techniques, fostering team spirit, and promoting athletic development. Responsibilities
Plan and execute cheerleading practices, including routines, stunts, and choreography
Teach cheerleading techniques, safety procedures, and proper form to team members
Motivate and encourage team members to achieve their personal and team goals
Organize and oversee cheerleading performances at showcases and recitals
Foster a positive team setting that emphasizes sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork
Monitor team members’ progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards and promote injury prevention
Requirements
Proven experience and certification in coaching cheerleading or related athletic coaching roles
Strong knowledge of cheerleading routines, stunts, and safety protocols
Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate diverse age groups
Ability to demonstrate cheerleading skills effectively and provide clear instruction
Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for coaching youth athletes
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
Prior experience working with children or teenagers is preferred
Job Type: Part time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
