Job Description
We’re currently hiring a part-time barista to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in specialty coffee who’s excited to grow their skills. You’ll work in a detail-oriented, quality-driven workplace with a supportive team that values consistency, hospitality, and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality espresso and hand-brewed coffee and tea drinks (including pour-overs)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and equipment
Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and welcoming manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations




Follow recipes and standards while remaining open to feedback and improvement

Qualifications
Barista experience is required
Interest in specialty coffee and a desire to learn more
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Team-oriented and communicative
Availability to work multiple shifts per week, including mornings and weekends
Must have availability going into the Fall
