Chatime Wolfville is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas (Tearistas) to join our team! As a Tearista, you’ll be the face of Chatime—preparing bubble tea drinks, providing friendly service, and keeping our store running smoothly. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks according to Chatime’s standards
Greet customers and provide excellent service with a friendly attitude
Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and front counter
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements




Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers positively.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is a plus.
Ability to operate a POS system effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to help others.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Atleast 18 years old of age
