Compensation package
Rate per hour as per experience. Competitive with industry standards.
6% Vacation paid on top of wage.

What we are looking for:
Minimum 3 years of roofing experience
Experience with flat roofing systems including SBS, TPO, EPDM
Reliable transportation to get to and from job sites
PPE and basic tools required
A solid work ethic and commitment to quality
Ability to handle and lift heavy loads work at heights in all weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
Ability to work at heights and in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with others.
Ability to learn and follow company safety policies.
Ability to work on weekends and/or Holidays, as needed.
Able to travel out of town.
Must have a cell phone.
