Our client is a growing agricultural equipment distributor specializing in premier products and service. They are currently seeking a Parts and Service Associate to join their team.

Responsibilities:
Assist with parts inventory, processing warranty claims and ensuring parts are available for in house requirements.
Field service calls and coordinate work orders with technicians.
Follow up to ensure service was completed to customer satisfaction.
Prepare invoices and paperwork required in a timely manner.
Provide quotes and estimates to customers.
Maintain system for tracking repairs and estimates.
Order customer and stock parts from vendors.
Assist customers on parts counter as needed.

Qualifications:
Experience in the parts and service areas,



preferably in the agricultural industry.
Recent experience potato harvesting agricultural machinery an asset.
Computer and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced workplace with deadlines.
Professional customer service skills.
Previous experience with parts inventory systems an asset.
Valid Driver's licence.
