Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team, specializing in installation, service, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Duties
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for accurate installation and repairs
Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems as needed
Utilize welding skills for system repairs or modifications when required
Work with boilers, appliances, and other mechanical components associated with HVAC systems
Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes




Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work performed
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely

Qualifications
Proven experience in HVAC installation, service, or maintenance roles
Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, appliances, plumbing, and construction processes
Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately
Welding skills are a plus; experience with boiler systems or appliance repair is desirable
Construction experience or mechanic background is advantageous
Robust troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues
Knowledge of safety protocols related to HVAC work environments
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various settings
