Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining setting. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills and gain valuable experience in the food service industry.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures are followed at all times
Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
Manage time efficiently during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards




Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer needs and resolving issues professionally

Skills
Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is preferred
Robust customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management skills during high-volume periods
Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and upselling techniques
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, including serving and food preparation roles
Familiarity with kitchen operations and food industry standards is advantageous
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming setting for guests
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
