What You’ll Do:
Lead by example and inspire a culture of excellence and accountability
Drive sales and profitability through strong operational execution and goal setting
Recruit, coach, and develop top talent within your store
Maintain high standards in customer service, merchandising, and store presentation
Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement

Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing role
A results-driven mindset with a strong understanding of retail operations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with budgeting, staffing, and inventory control
