Job Summary
Seeking dedicated, hardworking landscape gardeners to join our team. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and solid work ethic in a team environment. Reliable transportation is a requirement.
Responsibilities
Weed Eater operation & maintenance, weeding and weed eradication, tree well maintenance, irrigation installation, in the fall and shrub and tree planting
Skilled with basic construction hand tools and equipment
Operate and fuel certain horticulture gas powered equipment
Support skilled tradespeople in various landscaping tasks.
Perform general maintenance and clean up of work areas.
Follow safety protocols in maintaining a protected working workplace.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time
Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Qualifications
Previous experience in role is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Irrigation and working within a landscape reclamation setting
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to work in a team member environment
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
