Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a quick-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating process. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in the hospitality industry.

Duties
Greet guests as they arrive with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Manage the flow of guests into the restaurant, ensuring efficient seating arrangements.
Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times to guests accurately.
Assist with reservations and provide information about menu offerings and specials.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
Support other restaurant staff during peak hours to enhance overall guest experience.





Requirements
Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred, especially in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Excellent phone etiquette to handle reservations and inquiries effectively.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help others create memorable dining experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
