Our Government client is seeking an experienced Oracle CX Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in CRM systems, business process analysis, and Agile delivery, with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions that enhance customer and service experiences.

Start Date: July 7, End Date: July 30, Hours per Week: 37.5 Work Location: Remote Must Haves 5+ yearsas a Functional Consultant in complex enterprise settings. 2+ years of hands-on experience with CRM systems , ideally Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud .

Proven expertise in Oracle Sales & Service Cloud configuration and customization .

Robust understanding of CRM workflows , service processes,



and business rules.

Proficiency in Azure Dev

Ops for backlog and test management.

Solid experience with functional/regression testing , test cycles, and defect tracking.

Nice to Have Skills Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.

Basic understanding of REST APIs within Oracle CX.

Familiarity with security management in Oracle Cloud environments.

Dev

Ops or CI/CD experience.

Previous experience working with government organizations.

Relevant Oracle Functional Consultant or CRM certifications.
