Floor Manager – Rooftop Restaurant & Lounge

Location: Downtown Toronto
Position: Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $22.00/hour
Schedule: 30–40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Floor Manager to join our team at one of Toronto's premier rooftop restaurant and lounge destinations. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting, have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and know how to lead a team with confidence, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Lead and supervise front-of-house operations during service.
Ensure guests receive exceptional, attentive service from arrival to departure.
Support, coach, and motivate servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff.
Manage staff sections, floor plans, and service flow to maximize efficiency.
Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and overall venue standards.
Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
Maintain a positive, professional atmosphere while leading by example.

What We're Looking For




Previous management or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or hospitality venue.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
A polished, professional appearance and guest-first mindset.
Smart Serve Certification (required).
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
