Customer Service Representative / General Labourer (1-Day Event)

We're looking for reliable, energetic team members to help support a one-day event in Ottawa. If you enjoy working in a quick-paced workplace, providing great customer service, and being part of an event team, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Assist with event setup and teardown
Greet and direct attendees
Provide excellent customer service
Help with general labour tasks as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work as part of a team to ensure the event runs smoothly

Requirements
Positive attitude and robust work ethic
Friendly and professional communication skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs




Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or with a team
Previous event or customer service experience is an asset but not required

Available Shifts

Set Up Shift

Time: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Positions Available: 5

Event Crew Shift

Time: 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Positions Available: 12

Clean Up Shift

Time: 9:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Positions Available: 8

Compensation
$18.00 per hour
