Provide essential patient assessments and planned interventions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care




Educate patients and families regarding their care
Manage discharge planning and execution effectively
Prioritize patient care tasks efficiently Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Recent experience in General Medicine
B.Sc.N. and Medical-Surgical certification are preferred
Robust communication and teamwork skills
