Responsibilities Support ICT team initiatives, projects, and day-to-day activities Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and cooperative discussions Assist with coordination, follow-ups, and administrative tasks Develop a foundational understanding of BIM/VDC, construction workflows, and ICT tools Learn and apply recent technologies with guidance from senior team members Support documentation efforts, including organizing templates, procedures, and resources Collect, organize, and maintain project data to support tracking and reporting Assist in preparing materials for meetings, workshops, and presentations Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps and opportunities What you bring: Strong interest in construction technology and eagerness to learn Critical thinking and problem-solving skills High level of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Education & Experience Post-secondary education (in progress) in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field Previous internship, co-op, or project experience is an asset Technical Exposure (Asset)



Basic understanding of BIM/VDC and digital construction workflows Familiarity with tools such as Autodesk (Revit, Navisworks, ACC), Revizto, or Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Share
