In this role, the Contract Specialist will report directly to the Contracts Supervisor and play an essential part in the Legal and Contracts team. Your expertise in contract management and negotiation will be key in mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and finalize contractual agreements across the organization
Lead negotiations with strategic suppliers to balance risks
Interpret and apply legislative changes for compliance
Optimize the Contracts Management System for efficiency
Train stakeholders on contract processes and tools

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
7 years experience in contract management preferred
High attention to detail necessary
Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools
Must have legal work eligibility in Canada
