Beam & Blade Butchers is a full-service slaughter, custom processing, and retail butcher shop. We’re looking for a skilled Meat Cutter / Butcher who knows the work and takes pride in doing it right.

What You’ll Do
Cut and portion livestock for custom and retail
Assist with slaughter and primary breakdown
Follow food safety, sanitation, and plant safety requirements
Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment

What You Bring
Experience in slaughter, meat cutting, or custom processing
Strong knife skills and whole-animal knowledge
Understanding of food safety and inspection standards
Ability to work in a physical, quick-paced environment
Reliable, qualified, and detail-oriented
Must be physically Fit and able to handle the daily lifting pushing etc.

Plant, custom, or retail butchery or farm butchering experience is a must.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
