Sultans Mediterranean Grill

Located at Simcoe Place Food Court

Responsibilities:
Greet customers with energy and professionalism.
Prepare and assemble orders accordingly.
Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Refill empty items and keep the front area stocked
Provide excellent customer service with a welcoming attitude
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling.
Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to customers.
Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and merchandising displays.




Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
Respond to customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Utilize effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken)
Positive attitude and solid communication skills
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced workplace
Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a plus
Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and merchandising displays.
Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
Utilize effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
