Toll Group is seeking an experienced Ocean Freight Operations Coordinator for its Global Forwarding team. This hands-on position involves managing day-to-day ocean freight and transport operations, overseeing both import and export shipments.

Candidates should have a solid background in global forwarding and demonstrate excellent service, compliance, and efficiency in operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end ocean freight import and export shipments
Liaise with shipping lines and transport providers for smooth cargo movement
Monitor shipment progress and manage exceptions proactively




Ensure compliance with customs and governance requirements
Build solid customer relationships and respond to operational needs

Requirements:
2+ years' experience in ocean freight operations
Solid knowledge of international freight and logistics services
Experience coordinating transport within a freight forwarding setting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Cargo Wise One and freight management systems
