Take on a Construction Handyperson role at Pacesetter Homes in Edmonton for a 6-month term. Engage in hands-on construction tasks while ensuring safety and quality in office.

This position reports to the Construction Manager, supporting activities for single-family homes and other residential buildings. You'll be involved in a range of construction responsibilities from carpentry to quality control, while fostering a secure work workplace consistent with company values.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Site Superintendent on construction activities
Complete various general construction tasks and repairs
Ensure strict compliance with Qualico's safety standards
Oversee adherence to building codes and construction quality
Help develop skills among team members through coaching

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent experience required
Minimum 1 year relevant construction work experience
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are necessary
Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office tools
Must have personal trade tools and equipment
