Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Automotive Journeyman Technician with a passion for trucks, off-road builds, and aftermarket performance. This role focuses on installing suspension systems, accessories, and performance upgrades on a wide range of vehicles.
If you enjoy working on lifted trucks, dialing in fitment, and building clean, reliable setups—this is the shop for you.
Key Responsibilities
Install lift kits, leveling kits, and suspension systems
Install and service coil-overs, shocks, and steering components
Install aftermarket wheels and tires, including balancing and fitment checks
Perform installation of 4x4 accessories (running boards, bumpers, lighting, etc.)
Install performance upgrades such as intakes and exhaust systems
Inspect vehicles before and after installation to ensure quality and safety
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Communicate with service advisors and team members regarding job progress
Assist with shop workflow and general duties as needed
Perform two and four wheel alignments on stock and lifted applications
Qualifications
Journeyman Automotive Service Technician (Red Seal preferred)
Solid experience with suspension and aftermarket installations
Solid understanding of truck/SUV fitment, offsets, and clearances
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
Experience with alignment basics is an asset
Wheel Alignment experience
