As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties:
Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer
Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
Maintain a clean and organized front end area
Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in operating a POS system and handling cash transactions
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English
Ability to work well in a team environment
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
