The Vancouver office is a growth platform and this hire is part of that build-out.

About The Role: My client is seeking a mid-senior level Banking & Finance Associate to join the Vancouver team.





Core Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements, security documentation, and ancillary financing documents for lender and borrower-side mandates.

Advise on senior secured, subordinated, second-lien, and syndicated lending transactions.

Support cross-border financing deals involving US and international financial institutions.

Act on venture, mezzanine, and technology-focused financing transactions.

Conduct and manage due diligence on financing transactions, including title, PPSA, and corporate searches.

Work alongside partners on complex and high-value matters, with increasing file ownership as your experience grows.
