Key Responsibilities:

Monitor physician orders and manage computerized medication profiles
Verify prescriptions in the MEDITECH system
Precept pharmacy students and interns when required
Undertake additional assigned pharmacy duties

Requirements:
Bachelor's in Pharmacy; Pharm D an asset
Current registration with Ontario College of Pharmacists
Hospital experience preferred, especially in unit dose or IV
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage diverse workload and direct staff
