Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver a variety of IT and Security Services projects. The successful candidate will be a seasoned qualified with a broad spectrum of IT project experience, capable of managing complex initiatives across multiple technology domains. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for end-to-end project delivery — from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure — ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, standards, and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and Security-related projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across concurrent projects; develop mitigation and contingency strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and quality management frameworks.




Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and leadership stakeholders.
Provide regular project reporting, performance tracking, and executive-level status updates.
Support change management and ensure smooth transition of project deliverables into operations.

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 7 years managing complex IT projects.
Proven experience across multiple domains such as infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, enterprise applications, and IT operations.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
PMP certification (or equivalent) required; additional certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, or CISSP are an asset.
Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
Experience working within regulated or utility settings considered an asset.

Pay: $60.00-$64.00 per hour
