Drive environmental and safety initiatives as the EHS Leader at Novelis in Kingston, Ontario. Oversee compliance, engage with teams, and enhance safety culture within the plant. As the EHS Leader, you will be responsible for the site’s Environmental, Health, and Safety performance.

This includes the development of EHS objectives and execution of strategic plans, while balancing regulatory needs with operational goals. Foster collaboration across departments including Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to ensure workplace safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Manage annual EHS objectives and improvement plans
Oversee EHS operating budget and capital planning
Collaborate with site leadership to prioritize EHS investments
Ensure compliance with EHS Management System and audits
Foster relationships through daily shop floor engagement Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering or related field
Leadership experience in an EHS role
Knowledge of Ontario OHSA regulations
Experience with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001
