Option to work under LFP, FFS or Recent-To-Practice Contract (upon application approval by Island Health) Start Date: September Clinic Information: A modern, thoughtfully designed family practice with space for 69 physicians, allied health professionals, and resident learners Benefits May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA) including: Recruitment Incentive- $10, (for full time) Fee Premium- 4.62%.

Annual Flat Fee- $7,.68 Rural CME starting at $2,/annum in years 3&4, then increasing to a maximum of $4, after 4 years in the community.
