We are looking for a Key Account Manager to build strong partnerships with current clients while maximizing the value of our existing customer base.

Territory: Greater Montreal Area
This is an individual contributor role.

YOUR CHALLENGES

Play a leading role in maintaining and growing business relationships with our clients by optimizing their accounts, identifying recent opportunities, and acquiring new customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop strong, trusted relationships with assigned clients;
Identify untapped prospects, uncover customer pain points and needs, and drive organic revenue growth;
Manage accounts to ensure SPI delivers the highest level of service required;
Collaborate with the SPI team to ensure all customer issues are resolved efficiently;
Manage communication between key accounts and internal support teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience selling industrial products;
Experience with health and safety products and solutions is considered an asset;
Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office;
Ability to work independently from a home office;
Valid driver's license;
Bilingualism is considered an asset.
