Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent service.

Duties:
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Seat guests and manage reservations
Answer questions, assist with inquiries
Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
Collaborate with servers to ensure productive service
Assist servers when busy, and help with checking on customers

Requirements:
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of POS systems is a plus




Robust phone etiquette skills
Willingness to help others and work as part of a team
Smart Serve required - Must be 18 years of age or older
