What youll do: Reporting to the HABS Division Manager, the successful applicant will be self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic and be involved in all aspects of store operations including recruitment, training and development and performance management.
Preparing and implementing the yearly budget.
Ensuring merchandising, product and facility image are at the highest standards.
Provide solid leadership and support to all Team Members.
Provide outstanding customer service! The Community: Twin Valley Co-op serves a broad geographic area in Western Manitoba from Elkhorn, Miniota, Birtle, Rossburn and Russell communities and villages within.
We provide a full range of services such as Bulk Petroleum, Food Stores, Home & Building Supplies, Agro Centres, Co-op Ag Equip Service and Gas Bars.
