Take charge of patient care as a Community Health Clinical Supervisor at ParaMed. Supervise PSWs and HSWs while promoting ethical healthcare practices. In this full time position, you will utilize your nursing expertise to guide Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Home Support Workers (HSWs) through effective compliance management and community care strategies.

Leverage over 5 years of clinical experience to build robust patient relationships while leading and addressing team dynamics. Your efforts will also include compliance checks and incident investigations to maintain quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee PSWs and HSWs compliance with care regulations
Respond to and resolve patient and family concerns




Facilitate team meetings for ongoing support and guidance
Conduct investigations of patient safety incidents
Maintain accurate clinical documentation with nursing teams Requirements:
Registration as an RPN or RN with no restrictions in Ontario
At least 5 years of nursing experience required
Advanced health assessment skills needed
Proven experience in leading teams effectively
