Support and develop PLC & Robotics Programmers
Commission automation for various manufacturing processes
Collaborate with internal teams and Project Managers
Ensure all projects meet deadlines and requirements
Occasional travel within North America as necessary
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in a programming management role
Ability to initiate and drive solutions
Robust communication skills for team leadership
Technical expertise in robotics is a plus
