Lead and manage the Calibration Lab team as a Calibration Lab Supervisor at CNL’s Chalk River location. Ensure compliance with quality standards and radiation protection regulations daily. CNL is seeking a Calibration Lab Supervisor to oversee staff and operations at our Chalk River Calibration Lab.

This role requires supervising calibration tasks, improving lab documentation, and maintaining training records for staff. Solid leadership, organizational skills, and regulatory compliance knowledge are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily lab operations and staff workload
Develop and improve calibration procedures and documentation
Maintain training records and assess staff competency
Review and approve calibration and test reports
Identify and manage corrective actions for nonconformities Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences or related field
Experience supervising a technical team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Solid communication skills with regulatory knowledge
