Key Responsibilities:
Organize province-wide campaigns, elections, and events
Develop and monitor campaign budgets and progress
Drive union advocacy campaigns for social equity
Assess all campaign plans for effectiveness and resources
Support the coordination of annual conventions
Requirements:
5 years of experience in campaign management
Expertise in labor or political organizing field
Familiarity with CUPE policies and frameworks
Knowledge of up-to-date campaigning techniques
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder communication
