Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement individualized resident-centered care plans
• Coordinate and supervise care staff to ensure proper care
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
• Maintain resident documentation with strict confidentiality
• Liaise with physicians, families, and community representatives
Requirements:
• Current RN license with BCCNM
• Valid First Aid certification and CPR
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lbs
