Manage overall operations and support for business groups
Establish the tone and culture to enhance productivity




Collaborate on market sector growth initiatives
Represent HDR at industry events and client meetings
Develop area budget and oversee planning processes Requirements:
15+ years of management experience required
Skilled degree in Engineering or related field
Proven track record in contract management over $5M
