This is an excellent, high-level prospect for someone looking for an interesting executive position which includes overseeing our daily restaurant operations and developing our commissary kitchen components.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage costs, drive sales, create systems and execute strategies to meet/exceed targets
Oversee the kitchen for a 160-seat restaurant
Menu creation with new seasonal ideas
Supervise, delegate and schedule of kitchen staff
Adhere to established hiring process and staff evaluation
Inventory control
Ensuring complete adherence to Health and Safety practices

A passion for food and beverage, with attention to detail
An understanding of Cost of Sales and their relation to the business (food costs and labour costs)

Leadership in a kitchen: 5 years
