Responsibilities

Monitor behavior and intervene appropriately to promote positive interactions and safety.
Collaborate with team members, families, and external specialists to coordinate care strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation of progress, incidents, and relevant observations.
Ensure a safe, clean,



and engaging environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
Support children with disabilities by adapting activities and communication methods as needed.

Experience
Prior experience working with children or youth in educational, healthcare, or community settings is preferred.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
Background in teaching or related educational roles is advantageous.
Robust interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to build trusting relationships are essential.
